In 2017, Paula relocated to the United Kingdom and joined a leading gaming accessories brand. Over the next 5 and half years, she worked across product management, sales, and business development, gaining first-hand experience of how products are developed, marketed, sold to retailers, and brought to consumers.

It was during this period that she discovered something unique.

She had experienced both sides of the industry.

She understood the challenges faced by factories in China, but she also understood the frustrations experienced by brands and distributors in Europe.

Too often, projects failed not because of poor products or poor suppliers, but because of communication barriers, cultural differences, lack of transparency, and the physical distance between the customer and the factory.

PLF was created to bridge that gap.

With leadership based in the UK and an operational team located in China, PLF was designed to act as an extension of our clients’ businesses. Our role is not simply to find suppliers; our role is to create clarity, solve problems quickly, and ensure projects move forward efficiently from concept to completion.

Over the years, PLF has helped businesses of all sizes successfully develop and launch products across multiple categories. One of our products achievements has been supporting the creation and growth of two gaming accessory brands, while also managing licensed product development projects that successfully entered the European market.

While gaming and consumer electronics remain part of our heritage, our expertise has never been limited to a single industry. We believe that understanding the product development process, manufacturing, and supply chain management is more important than understanding only one product category.

This mindset has allowed us to support projects ranging from gaming accessories and licensed merchandise to lifestyle products and even equestrian equipment.
